Experience

Samantha joined Tomsche, Sonnesyn & Tomsche, P.A., as a Legal Assistant in 2018. She stayed with the firm while she obtained her J.D. at Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, Samantha worked at another law firm in Mankato, Minnesota for four years. At both firms, she gained invaluable experience and passion for client advocacy. Samantha draws on her unique educational background and diverse work experience to strategize the best outcome possible for her clients.

 While in law school, Samantha served two terms as Secretary for the Legal Association of Women’s Studies (LAWS) at Mitchell Hamline. She also served as the student liaison for Minnesota Women Lawyers. Samantha now serves on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Defense Lawyers Association. Samantha also volunteers with Wills for Heroes to provide free estate planning services to local first responders.
